What happens?

'Happy Hum' aims to engage babies and young children in music and movement in a fun, safe and stimulating way. Each workshop is tailored to suit the age and ability of the children and the needs of the group. During the workshop children, parents and carers will experience singing, rhythm and movement. They will also have the opportunity to use musical instruments, puppets, props and sensory materials to enhance their music and movement making experience.  

Workshop example
·        Hello song
·       A topical story or rhyme with puppets to share
·       A sensory activity based on a song or theme e.g. Play dough, feathers, water, sand.
·       Animal Songs (using puppets and soft toys)
·       Action, bouncing and movement songs
·       Playing instruments
·       Songs and rhymes using the parachute or lycra
·       Lullaby and goodbye song.
